Suppose site A links to a page on site B        A ------->> B

and then site B links to piracy site P              B ------->> P

If SOPA becomes law, then site A is in violation and will be SHUT DOWN! This would happen even if at the time A linked to B, B had no links to piracy sites. it is IMPOSSIBLE for website operators to analyze in real-time all the links on all "site B" pages!!
